Wire Bar Coaters, which use for assuring uniformity & thickness of the thin films and other variegate applications. Our range is manufacture using superior grade stainless steel and can be use for foils & paper owing to its thickness. Moreover, these products can be use for testing coating of flexible material such as paper, cardboard, test charts, foils, leathers and textiles.

Maximum attainable wet film thickness engrave on bar end. Rubber or Glass bed for better accuracy.

Wet Film Thickness : 4, 10, 15, 25, 40, 50, 70, 80, 100, 150 microns.

Film Width : 12 or 22 cms.

Impression Pad : Small 8.25″ x 5″

Rubber on Top : Large 12″ x 8″

Pad with Glass Plate : Medium 10″ x 8″
